Valley Center Opportunity Zone

Hispanic and Black communities of Nevada came together to launch the Valley Center Opportunity Zone (VCOZ) to provide grant assistance to small businesses located in the central area of Las Vegas. The VCOZ, a community development corporation spearheaded by representatives of the Latin and Urban Chambers of Commerce, administers funds awarded by the State of Nevada to maximize economic impact, stimulate business activity, and enhance the overall visual appearances of business properties within the most under-resourced Las Vegas neighborhoods (Downtown and East and North Las Vegas).
