To develop, advance and promote Hispanics and small businesses, and to enhance the economic, political, social, educational and cultural interests of Hispanics in Nevada.

Our commitment has consistently been to impact the social and political fabric of Southern Nevada through economic empowerment. Over a quarter century the Latin Chamber of Commerce has accomplished many goals by playing a constructive and positive role in the Las Vegas Community.

Millions of dollars in both contracts and loans have been awarded to our members, some of which have been provided by the Small Business Administration and local banks.

Scholarships totaling over one million, one hundred and eighty nine thousand dollars ($1,189,000) have been awarded to hard working students, thanks to our various partners and corporate sponsors. We expect our Latino Youth Leadership Program, which was developed nine years ago, to produce a stream of future leaders for our community. Hundreds of individuals have benefited from our employment referrals, and are now working in the banking and gaming industries, and various other enterprises.

Over the years, hundreds of events organized by the Chamber have involved community leaders and decision makers who have shared their expertise with our members.

Local entrepreneurs have benefited from our Business Forums that were developed to enhance trade and business with the community at large. Our popular annual Golf Tournament, which takes place each summer, provides opportunities for networking and development of business relationships.
