Executive Staff 2012
Victoria Napoles, Senior Executive Vice President

Victoria Napoles-Laza is the Senior Executive Vice President for the Latin Chamber of Commerce.

As an active member of this community Mrs. Napoles-Laza currently serves on the board of directors of the CHW St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and as a Commissioner for the State of Nevada Commission on Minority Affairs.

During Victoria’s 25 year tenure with the Chamber, she has been directly responsible in the conception, planning, and implementation of events such as the Annual Golf Tournament, La Oportunidad International Expo, Annual Gala, monthly luncheons and business mixers. The Chamber produces consistent, effective networking and fundraising functions generating membership through highly successful recruitment events, proven to be essential in establishing the Chamber as a significant force in our community.

Victoria’s efforts established the chamber as a partner with the Clark County School District working closely with the district to convey positive messages to the Hispanic youth of Las Vegas.

Victoria’s endless appeal for funds from local corporations along with private in-kind donations and services, have allowed the Chamber to maintain its goals and commitment to the business community and membership. Her main function is to guide the development of the overall leadership structure, strategic plan, create goals, plans for quality, financial management of programs, and fundraisers to bring sponsors on board and build relationships.

Victoria raised three children and justifiably speaks of her children with pride. Veronica, Karla, and Luis have all grown up to be successful contributors and recognized professionals in our community. She enjoys volunteerism and spending time with her grandchildren: Alexandra, Benjamin, Hudson, and Ava; the joys of her life.
