Mr. Ayala has been Vice President of Ayala’s, Inc. for over 20 years. He is responsible for operations and business development for Ayala’s, Inc. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Latin Chamber of Commerce since 1997 and is member of IMPACTO, the Government Affairs Committee of the Chamber. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Ayala has participated in several community oriented organizations over the years, including, Three Square Board of Directors, Metro Police Multicultural Advisory Committee, Alianza Latina, the Reynaldo L. Martinez Institute for Leadership and Research, the Early Voting Committee for Clark County, and the Governor’s Nevada Energy Policy Committee.
