Glenda Damian, CMP is a Sales Executive in Convention Sales for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, where she has been employed for 9 years.

She has 19 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. She joined the LVCVA in 2000 as a convention services manager. Prior to the LVCVA, Damian worked at the Las Vegas Hilton in convention services and began her career at the Frontier Hotel & Gambling Hall in operations.

A 30-year Las Vegas resident, she has been a member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce since 2005. She is also a member of the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners (NCBMP), International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals (IAHMP), and the International Association of Exhibits and Events (IAEE).

Damian speaks Spanish fluently and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
