
Domingo Cambeiro is principal architect and CEO of Domingo Cambeiro Corp. - Architects (DCC) and has been a practicing architect in Las Vegas for more than 48 years. His expertise in architecture ensures balance between client's requirements and aesthetic values. Under his direction, DCC finds creative design solutions that comply with the client's objectives and budget.
Cambeiro's diversified design experience ranges from office facilities to educational and institutional projects to commercial and governmental projects. The projects have included more than 120 educational projects for the Clark County School District, UNLV and CCSN; the Las Vegas Convention Center's northwest and south hall expansions; the Thomas & Mack Center; the Clark County Government Center; and most recently McCarran International Airport In-Line Baggage Screening Projects.
Cambeiro is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Design Institute and the Council of Educational Facilities Planners International. Cambeiro received the AIA Award for the Satellite One and ATS Guideway at McCarran, the Metal Building Manufacturers Association Award for Best Building of the Year and the American School & University Award for a prototype elementary school for the Clark County School District.
Cambeiro is member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Development Authority and serves on the Community College of Southern Nevada Foundation Board in addition to membership in other non-profit organizations.
