In a spirited and close election, Luis Valera, won the election to serve as the Chairperson for the Latin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 2010.  Luis has served as director for numerous years.  His worthy opponent was Eloiza Martinez.  After all the votes were counted, the 2010 Board of Directors are as follows:
